About IMG/M
IMG/M system extends the Integrated Microbial Genomes ( IMG) system with the ability to integrate and analyze metagenome data generated using shotgun sequencing. The key mission of the IMG/M system is to provide a data management platform that supports timely and comprehensive analysis of JGI-sequenced metagenomes in the context of all available isolate microbial genomes.
